Cuddles Learning offers after-school care programs specifically designed for children aged 5 to 13. Our STEAM-focused activities and workshops are tailored to engage young learners across this age range, ensuring each child receives age-appropriate challenges and support. Whether your child is just starting their educational journey or is already exploring more advanced concepts, Cuddles Learning creates a fun, nurturing environment that inspires creativity, critical thinking, and a lifelong love of learning.

Cuddles Learning offers a variety of STEAM-focused courses designed for children aged 5 to 13 during after-school care. Currently, the program includes hands-on workshops and classes in robotics, coding, creative arts, and basic engineering projects. These courses aim to foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills through interactive activities tailored to different age groups. Each session encourages collaboration and exploration, ensuring that children not only learn technical skills but also build confidence and enthusiasm for science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics.

Cuddles Learning accepts a variety of payment methods for enrolment in our STEAM-focused after-school programs to ensure convenience and flexibility for families. We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment platforms commonly used locally. However, payments made directly with Chinese Yuan (CNY) are not accepted.

At Cuddles Learning, we understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible refund and cancellation policy to support our families. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the start of a program are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations within 7 days of the program start date, we provide a credit toward future classes or workshops. Unfortunately, no refunds or credits are available once the program has begun. We encourage parents to notify us as early as possible to ensure smooth scheduling and to give other children the opportunity to join. Our goal is to maintain a positive, engaging STEAM learning environment for every child while accommodating your needs with enthusiasm and care!

At Cuddles Learning, most materials and supplies required for our STEAM-focused after-school programs are provided to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for your child. However, we recommend that children bring a notebook and a pencil for taking notes and sketching ideas during sessions. Depending on the specific course or workshop, occasional additional items like a USB drive or simple craft supplies may be requested in advance, and we will communicate these requirements clearly before the program starts.

At Cuddles Learning, we understand the importance of a comfortable and flexible learning environment for your child. You may request a teacher change halfway through the course if needed, and we will do our best to accommodate your preference based on availability and the specific needs of your child. Additionally, we offer flexible scheduling options to fit your family’s routine, allowing you to choose session times that work best for you within our after-school care program’s operating hours. Our goal is to provide a personalized and supportive experience that fosters your child’s enthusiasm for STEAM learning.

A: At Cuddles Learning, no prior experience with specific software or skills is required for children to join our after-school programs. We believe every child, whether a complete beginner or already tech-savvy, can thrive in our STEAM-focused environment. Our expert instructors design activities and workshops to be accessible, fun, and educational for kids aged 5-13, guiding them step-by-step through new concepts and tools. This inclusive approach ensures that every child builds confidence and skills at their own pace while exploring creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving in a supportive setting.

At Cuddles Learning, each virtual classroom is limited to a small group of 8 to 10 children. This careful class size ensures personalized attention and meaningful interaction, which is essential for an effective STEAM-focused after-school program. By maintaining a low student-to-instructor ratio, our educators can closely monitor each child’s progress, encourage active participation, and tailor activities to individual learning needs. This approach enhances engagement and fosters a supportive virtual environment where kids aged 5-13 feel comfortable exploring creative and critical thinking skills after school.

If your child is unable to attend a scheduled after-school session at Cuddles Learning, please notify us as soon as possible by contacting our office via phone or email. Early notification helps us manage attendance and prepare materials accordingly, ensuring an optimal experience for all participants. While we understand that absences may occasionally occur due to illness or other commitments, advance notice allows us to accommodate your child’s needs and explore options such as make-up classes when available. Please note that our policies regarding cancellations and make-up sessions are designed to maintain the integrity of our programs and support consistent learning for every child.
